Notting Hill loft conversion
Recent Projects
Approximately 55m of extra space was added to this terraced house in Notting Hill, west London, with an L-shaped loft conversion. We were able to find space for two bedrooms in this project (one master bedroom approximately 28m, as well as two en suite bathrooms; all of which were finished to a high quality degree.
The project involved lowering the floor by about 400mm in the rear section of the house; to get the correct head room.
Many loft conversion firms will struggle to match us for the additional work we did for this job, including:
A multimedia centre wired to provide entertainment throughout the property
An upgraded plumbing system, deploying a 300 liters MegaFlo and a new high-efficiency heating system
Custom-made carpentry
Wallpapering works for the rest of the house
Paving a patio area
The project took around 10 and a half weeks to complete.
