Design and build, house extensions, North and West London Contractor,Loft conversion

This project we Ajax Builders got by recommendation from our previous client
list of works :

• new kitchen fitted
• main doors moved and replaced with glass patio doors
• corridor was made wider by 20cm to give more illusion of space
• new oak solid floor fitted
• new electrical wiring
• new plumbing and boiler fitted
• decoration

The main idea was to give to the flat a much modern look with a bit of central London character.
We have used modern white gloss Ikea kitchen units with Black granite worktops and "underground" looking black tiles to give a bit of metropolitan look to this purpose build flat. The main doors was blocked of and main opening moved to the side to accommodate new patio doors which now are in used as main doors.
New double glazed patio doors gave so much light to the Living and Kitchen area also are looking very naturally as crittal windows which are very popular in this part of central London.
Flat old laminated floor was removed and new solid oak floor was installed and goes well with natural and light toned colours,

Kitchen was equiped with new appliances to suit modern family and style of life

Project took approx 3 weeks and included electrical rewiring for new kitchen and new LED lighting.
